About the Role
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
• Understanding requirements, Identifying potential candidates.
• Able to identify the right candidate and explain the opportunity.
• Follow up with the candidates for Interviews, onboarding and post hire.
• Document all efforts in the internal CRM, generate reports when needed.
Requirements
We are looking for freshmen or experienced professionals with a relevant degree in the HR field. Ideal candidates are freshmen who want to make a career in the recruitment industry. Training will be provided. We provide hybrid work modes with flexible timing.
