About the Role
Hire and drive a team of recruiters to meet or exceed client deliverables.
• Coordinate with the client to understand the requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure all aspects of quality practices are implemented and followed.
• Create and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Generate reports and update the stakeholders on the progress.
• Handle complete recruitment, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare
activities, employee motivation, and building up a strong team for the company.
• Have strong written and verbal communication.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled HR manager with an MBA in HR to oversee all aspects of human resources. Ideal candidates are females who are unable to work from the office 9–5 and would want to take care of kids while working. We provide hybrid work modes with flexible timing.
