• Understanding requirements, Identifying potential candidates.
• Effectively prioritizing multiple requirements and building potential candidate database
• Able to identify the right candidate and not just add resume count.
• Able to train and mentor new team members.
• Able to plan and work out sourcing strategies.
• Follow up with the candidates for Interviews, onboarding and post hire.
• Document all efforts in the internal CRM, generate reports when needed.
Requirements
We are looking for experienced professionals with a relevant degree in the HR field. Ideal candidates are strong individual contributors who are self-starters and can get the task done. We provide hybrid work modes with flexible timing.
